One full-tuition fellowship will be awarded to one outstanding PhD student. Applications must contain a complete resume and a motivation of the relevance of the course for the applicant's research. The full-tuition fellowship will be awarded to the best applicant. Other partial fellowships may be awarded to other outstanding applicants not ranked first.
